Corporate Event Photography at WNBA All-Star: Documenting the P&G Sports Lab Experience

‍ ‍

At major events, brands aren't just building booths—they're building experiences. Press Photography Network recently photographed the Procter & Gamble Sports Lab during WNBA All-Star festivities in Chicago, capturing both the finished branded environment and the way attendees interacted with it.

Documenting the Space

Before attendees arrive, clean exhibit photography provides brands, agencies, and exhibit builders with a polished visual record of the completed activation.

For P&G, that included wide photographs of the full Sports Lab along with details such as product displays, branded locker-room installations, lighting, and environmental design.

Capturing the Experience

Once the event opened, the focus shifted from the space itself to the people inside it.

Photography documented fan interactions, athlete appearances, autograph moments, and attendees engaging with the activation. These images show more than what was built—they show how the experience worked.

One Event, Two Stories

Strong experiential photography should document both the environment and the audience.

Together, those images give brands a complete media library for marketing, public relations, social media, case studies, internal communications, and future event promotion.

For Press Photography Network, the goal is simple: document what was created and capture the experience it produced.
